Terrible restaurant, waited 2 hours for order to be missing 90% off items, nachos you could make better in your microwave, after another hour off waiting for rest off order I contacted support on app and asked for Refund, was originally told by customer service that the restaurant wasn’t willing to give refund as they had just cooked a second batch fresh and it would be leaving soon, told customer service I didn’t want it delivered now after 3 hours and he initiated refund within 5-10 working days

The food is always fantastic.

I've used Maya Grill on many occasions and always had a great meal and service from the staff. I would say that in this occasion I ordered the mozzarella sticks for myself and my daughter and they were a big disappointment and had no cheese in them at all. The grilled meat dishes were just as delicious as always. I wouldn't order the mozzarella sticks again.

Mixed grill was super Started using last week. Got chicken tandoori and this week we had mixed grill. Both meals were excellent with superb service.

We had a menu through the door and were quite excited to try this new place(new for us anyway), husband was disappointed with the pakora he got, not much food for the price and no sauce so very dry, and in the comments for the kids chicken burger meal I asked for the burger to be plain, but got it with lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo, so went in the bin as I have a fussy grandchild he did eat some fries but got NO, juice with his meal, so for the first time ordering from here, disappointing overall🥺

Baked potato was tiny. Crispy chips were nothing like a crispy chips. Totally disappointed

Very disappointed. Late delivery, by forty minutes (although, the driver was lovely). Food arrived cold. I’d had the same dish yesterday - when visiting the shop - and it was amazing: today was a different experience entirely, much changed gravy on the poutine (a claggy, salted mess). I thought I’d found a new go to take away, but with this level of consistency sadly not. A bit of a pity really.

Food was inedible as was extremely salty and paid £2 for south Indian garlic sauce and it was vile , complete waste of money and will never buy again

Food was amazing once again! We had a massive order tonight due to having friends round and spent almost £100 on food... Every item was accounted for , delivered hot and within the hour ! We also received some delicious freebies with our order which was so kind and unexpected! Staff are always so kind and friendly! So much left over due to massive portion sizes, I won't need to cook tomorrow 🤣🩷

Some order was missing but the girl I spoke on the phone was great, and when I arrived to collect it she had it ready and made sure all was good! She turned potentially a bad experience round to a good one!

Fantastic, food arrived early super hot, I always give 15 minutes each way as you can't get it spot on most of the time, food arrived about 7 minutes earlier, no problem for me at all ( just saying), superb nice delivery driver, food amazing, I hope it stays that well, even got free sample. Great thank you for your bit to save environment everything was packed in cardboard/paper. Huge choice for vegetarians. Will use again. 😁😁😁 the only thing I would change or work on, would be the app itself, as after refreshing, two minutes after placing the order, it said food was delivered, got me a bit worried, but I waited until delivery time, so that could be better, as it was my first order I wasn't sure is everything ok, and even though I'm againtst paper adverts through letter box, actually yours made me order 😃

This is the second time we’ve ordered from Maya grill and it didn’t disappoint! The food was delivered on time, piping hot and delicious. We ordered an item that was unavailable, the restaurant phoned and offered alternative which we accepted. They let us try some pakora which was not yet in their menu. It was really nice! The delivery driver was very nice as well, he actually had conversation with me. Great quality food, generous portions and tasty for a fair price!

Every time part of the order is forgotten or some ingredients are missing. Such a shame as the food is generally very, very good. They do however generally deliver the missing bits of the meal. I will continue to order from here, as the food is very good. Just more care and attention required from the staff when reading and packing up the order. I think I may have to check the order myself from now on if I pick the food order up.
